Terms of Service

Num8ers provides online IB study materials, practice questions, flashcards, progress tools and AI-assisted tutoring. The platform is operated by Numbers Institutes and Education LLC. Creating an account or using a paid service means agreeing to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Google sign-in is optional; a new Google sign-in can create a Num8ers learning account. An existing account is linked only after confirming its Num8ers password. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Use the service only where you are permitted to do so. If you cannot enter an agreement independently under applicable law, involve a parent or guardian before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

Current plan prices and billing schedules are published on the Pricing page. Memberships provide the advertised IB curriculum access. Review the price, billing period, tax and renewal details shown at checkout before paying. Free preview access does not require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are recurring where indicated at checkout and continue until cancelled. Manage cancellation through the available billing portal or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription terms; it does not automatically create a refund. For billing errors or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your account email and payment reference. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

AI Tutor offers hints, explanations, work checking and solutions. AI output can contain mistakes; check important reasoning and follow your teacher’s and examination board’s rules. The platform does not guarantee a particular grade or an error-free response.

The configured allowance is up to 1,000 admitted Tutor requests per student per UTC calendar month. Separate cost, rate, concurrency and availability controls also apply and may restrict use before this ceiling. Started or cancelled requests and unresolved provider usage can still count. Unused monthly requests are not a promise of cash value or guaranteed successful replies. The usage indicator and service notices show the current available allowance.

Do not use Tutor to impersonate another person, evade assessment rules, generate unlawful material or submit other people’s private information without permission.

You may use the learning materials and exported Tutor responses for your personal study within your access rights. Do not resell the platform’s content, share paid access, scrape protected materials or bypass access controls. Rights belonging to the operator and other rights holders remain protected.

You retain rights you hold in your own working, messages and uploads. You permit us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process them as needed to deliver the features you request, including Tutor replies and discussion display. Only upload material you have permission to share.

Do not harass other learners, post unlawful content, introduce malicious software, interfere with services or attempt to access another person’s account or data. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where needed for security, legal requirements or a breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or network failures. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service and investigate reported problems. Changes to paid offerings or these terms will be communicated as required; the conditions accepted at checkout and applicable law remain relevant to an existing purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a service or billing concern so that we can investigate and seek a resolution.
